Dear Bill, The work was completed this morning, with the exception of the new electrical panel that Joe will put in for us tomorrow morning.  I just want to tell you that we have only the highest praise for Rich and the entire crew.  Everything was done with such fine craftsmanship and expertise, let alone neatness and total attention to every detail.  We are truly thrilled with the transformation of our former "dungeon" to a beautiful and extremely useful room.  Even the areas outside of the room are so much more user-friendly now, and we are so pleased that the backs of the walls they installed are of the same beautiful material as the inside.  So.....thank you for all the time, thoughtfulness and work you put into the planning and details.  It was a great success.  Our final inspection(s) will take place the morning of Dec. 31st.  I wish you and all of "the guys" a very merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.

I felt that John was very knowledgeable and overall did a better job than anyone else I have worked with before. I plan on requesting moving forward because I was so pleased with his work.

Bruce did an amazing job with the service. He was very pleasant, helpful, and kind. I am very happy with how Bruce explained everything.
