We are very pleased with our experience using Basement Systems for the water problems we had in our home. The initial visitation supplied us with a proposal to remedy the situations (2 different locations) which we were most happy with. The actual work was done in a most efficient manner and up to date, we are satisfied with the results. The remedies were completed last summer, and we have no problems as yet. We are waiting until the spring rains are finished to determine if the solutions provided are finally solving our problems.

I reviewed many companies before making my decision. The one statement that stood out was that they warranty their work. I had my work done, feeling great that more rain was coming. I was upset to find water coming in one area of my basement. I called, they came out and fixed everything! Keeping their word of what they would do is what I was looking for.
