Today I had a lot of anxiety meeting Bret. We have had a lot of sales people come through our house lately for different home projects and they have not been good experiences. This note is in reference to Rich, one of your Service Technicians that came out to our house today to look at a problem we were having with our sump pump. Your organization should be proud to have such a knowledgeable, well-spoken and extremely personable employee. He clearly loves his job and very rarely do I run into Service Technicians with any organization that truly care about the customers. Even though it was at the end of the day he was not rushing to "get to the next customer" . . . he listened to my concerns and explained things thoroughly. Rich is a true asset to your organization and should be commended for the confidence he portrays while doing his job well. The installation crew was very friendly and nice when they came out to do the job. And not only that but they were nice enough to come back and reconfigure the gutter for us for no extra charge! They incorporated our gutter so that it the water flows out into the exit drain for the sump pump... great job! Thank you!
