Thank you and CT Basement Systems for the prompt help with my issue. As I mentioned, my daughter is getting married this week and we have a house full of guests from out of town. It would not be a very good time to also have to deal with a flood. Bill just left. He was pleasant and clearly knew his business. He did a professional job of cleaning out the sludge, showing me the workings of the system and letting me know realistic expectations on the motor life. That said, I decided to err on the side of caution and replace the motor which he had with him. He finished up and cleaned up everything – then last we walked outside to be sure the ejection area was in order. I can rest assured that what was a panic situation just a short time ago is dealt with.
