Hi Dave,
This is the crazy lady from last March, that was yelling at you the whole time. I Just wanted to say that we had no water this time. We have a back up to a back up, but all is good. We've had no power, no internet and all that stuff, but we also had no water in our basement thanks to my battery back up system. I even texted Larry, and he was very nice to us. I think we should be in his next commercial, don't you? I have a friend who didn't use Connecticut Basement Systems, and had water in her basement,  who was blaming the company, but I blamed it on her. She didn't use Connecticut Basement Systems and didn't have a back up system and power goes out, but the back up never ever lose power. So I told them to call you, not you personally, but the company of course. That is it Dave, I feel so good not having water in my basement and its all thanks to you.
