I had a problem in my basement and needed to get it fixed. No one else wanted to make the necessary repairs. So, I took your're tv ads at their word and called you to repair my cracked joists. At first your rep said he didn't t think that your company would be able to help me out. However, when I explained my dilemma to him he went out of his way to provide the service necessary to complete repairs. As your ads claim you do all things "basementy".
