I had ordered a product that ended up being poorly suited to my older home. The installer showed me why it could create, rather than correct problems. He also made some suggestions. I phoned for a corrected invoice and the amount was promptly deducted and a corrected invoice was sent. Everyone was very professional, while remaining friendly.
