I had my first annual service done on the pump and dehumidifier. Steve Soldate performed the work. He was very professional and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. He had a couple of suggestions and made a minor change for the location of the dehumidifier. He also left me a business card with his name on it. I've put next year's call for service in my calendar and will request that Steve perform the work.
