_{Jeff has been with Connecticut Basement Systems since 2016 and started off as a Service Technician for 2 years. Jeff worked on the road servicing customer systems and preforming annual maintenance appointments. After training hard and engaging fully with all his duties in the Service Department, Jeff took on a new set of responsibilities. His extensive knowledge for products and waterproofing allowed Jeff to secure his position in a managerial role. Now the Service Manager, Jeff is responsible for both the Service Call Center and the Field Technicians. Jeff's skillset has prepared him well for all escalated Service appointments, emergency services, and customer visits. He works hard to ensure customer satisfaction, and help problem solve any issues that may arise. Not only does Jeff work on the road, but he is also in the office with his team coordinating maintenance appointments. Jeff is a valuable asset and a strong leader. We are lucky to have him on board!}

We recently completed a full basement finishing project with Connecticut Basement Systems, and the experience truly exceeded all of our expectations. Organized, proactive, great sense of humor, great taste of music and always accessible (nearly 24x7!), he kept the project on track and made the entire process seamless. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident every step of the way. Ewin, Wilson and Jonathan – Carpenters: the craftmanship from this team was simply top-tier. Their precision, care, and pride in their work showed in every detail - from framing to finishing touches. Mike Pale – Electrician: Mike's work was meticulous. The lighting design and electrical setup elevated the entire space, and everything was executed cleanly and efficiently. Todd Nihill - Plumber: Todd handled the plumbing flawlessly. Everything worked perfectly and the quality of the installation was noticed by our guests. Overall, we are beyond pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Connecticut Basement Systems to anyone considering a basement transformation. Truly a first-class experience from an outstanding team.

Al and his team came out and waterproofed our basement yesterday. I have to say, they did an amazing job. They arrived at 10:50 and I was told they would be done in one day. I did not believe it, but they were done around 5:00. I would suggest this company over and over. My basement looks Amazing and they left it cleaner than when they found it. Al was very kind and considerate and answered all my questions, and between him and the four guys they cranked out the work. I would just remind you if you were having any kind of waterproofing done, it can be noisy, But well worth it! Choose these guys for your next waterproofing need!
