Jeff has been with Connecticut Basement Systems since 2016 and started off as a Service Technician for 2 years. Jeff worked on the road servicing customer systems and preforming annual maintenance appointments. After training hard and engaging fully with all his duties in the Service Department, Jeff took on a new set of responsibilities. His extensive knowledge for products and waterproofing allowed Jeff to secure his position in a managerial role. Now the Service Manager, Jeff is responsible for both the Service Call Center and the Field Technicians. Jeff's skillset has prepared him well for all escalated Service appointments, emergency services, and customer visits. He works hard to ensure customer satisfaction, and help problem solve any issues that may arise. Not only does Jeff work on the road, but he is also in the office with his team coordinating maintenance appointments. Jeff is a valuable asset and a strong leader. We are lucky to have him on board!
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys hanging out with his family, riding BMX, and taking trips on his motorcycle.
