We are extremely pleased with the work that CT Basement systems does. We have had their pump system installed in our basement since 2001. It has never failed , no water in the basement since it was installed. We needed to have a portion of our garage floor replaced so that we could installed a two post car lift. We called CT basement systems to see if they could do it. Matt Kraus came out, met with us, drew up a layout, and provided a very reasonable quote before leaving. His knowledge of this type of work was impressive. For the install, we had John DiGirolamo as the crew leader. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The technicians we also very professional and thorough. The services provided were of great quality. We are impressed with the skill set they provided. We are very happy we chose CT Basement Systems. We highly recommend CT Basement Systems for everything basementy, and now cementy.

We're extremely disappointed in the deceptive sales practices from Connecticut Basement Systems regarding a smell / mold concern we had in our basement. Steve specifically sold us on a solution regarding our crawl space which was a proactive solution and even pointed out spots we had mold in the dry wall we should cut out. At no point did he mention that they don't do mold remediation and instead said the proactive solutuion would solve the smell issue entirely. After completing ~$9,000 worth of work we had to have the Service team come out to investigate the continued smell. Within minutes the Service team said we need to have a remediation company come out since they don't do mold remediation and there is likely mold we can't see causing the smell. We will not use this company again and cannot recommend this company due to the deceptive sales practices to get a sale without mentioning that the solution sold would not solve the existing problem / smell - only prevent future issues. Be careful - the sales team will not tell the full story and will only say what is needed to make a sale and take advantage of new home owners that don't have as much knowledge about basement smells.
