We recently had Mario H from CT Basement Systems out to address a leak, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Great company to work with. We inquired about adding insulation to our attic due to ice dams from this winter's storm. Keith came to the house, climbed into the attic, checked it out and took photos. We discussed what he found, not enough insulation, significant air leaks from the ceiling, bathroom fan no longer connected to vent on roof. He reviewed a treatment plan, answered my questions, absolutely no pressure. On the day of the scheduled installation, Jony and his crew arrived on time, were friendly, reviewed what the were doing including removing all the old insulation, sealing air leaks, covering recessed light fixtures, removal of unused attic fan and sheetrocking and sealing fan opening. They also reattached the bathroom fan to the outside vent. Everything was done in a smooth and efficient manner. Photos were taken of before, during, and after the work was done. The crew were neat and cleaned up after themselves. When they were done, the house looked as though they hadn't been there. The job was scheduled for 2 days but they were finished in one day. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work as well as the politeness and efficiency of Jony and his crew. We went from barely any insulation to approximately 19 inches, an R 60 rating.
