A homeowner located in Watertown, CT expressed concerns regarding his cracked basement wall. Fearing the issue would prevail, he decided to reach out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to schedule a free in-home consultation.

Following the call, Sales Representative Steve Machnicz arrived at the home to assess the foundation and offer a potential solution.

Shortly later, Foreman Sergio Alves, Jacob Scott, and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. By installing CarbonArmor, carbon fiber strips epoxied to the wall, the homeowner's basement walls would gain additional strength and support. Following the install, the homeowner felt much more confident in the state of his basement walls!

In this basement we installed Waterguard as well as a SuperSump pump to prevent any further flooding. On the outside of the house we added Iceguard to prevent water backing up into the house when the pipes freeze.

This home in Orange CT had an unfinished basement. The entire basement was completely finished, including the pictured Pine Stairs and Gray Elite Plank Flooring.

He proposed a plan to the homeowner that would solve their issue. After the appointment was set, one of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, went out with his team. They replaced the homeowner's SuperSump Plus with our Smart Sump to fit the closet space. Now this new sump pump fits perfectly in the closet and will continue to keep their basement dry!

A homeowner in Beacon Falls, CT was looking to have their crawlspace waterproofed, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. One of our Sales Consultants, Jason Waldek, went to the house to estimate the problems. Our foreman Marcial Lopez and his team went to install our products. They put in our CleanSpace throughout the space. They also installed a Sedona Dehumidifier. With these products and some of our other waterproofing products, this crawlspace is now moisture-free and the homeowner no longer has to worry about water vapor getting into the space.
