A homeowner in Brookfield, CT was getting water in their basement, causing a lot of damage. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to help solve their problem so that they never have to worry about these issues again. Once an appointment was made, it would be time for one of our Sales Consultants Jimmy Stablein to go out to the home to assess the issues and propose a long-term solution.
The next step would be for one of our Foremen, Sid Avis, and his team to install this project. They installed a two-stage waterproofing system, which includes our DryTrak drain system and our WaterGuard drain system as well. This will collect any water coming in from the floors and walls and then direct it into a sump pump. The specific sump pump proposed for this job was a SuperSump Plus. This will take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance through a discharge line. Then our crew installed a Sedona dehumidifier to protect the basement from moisture and mold growth. Now with our systems, this basement will stay dry and no longer have water damage.
As you can see from the before picture, this basement was having serious flooding problems. To fix the problem we installed a SuperSump Pump; which will remove the water from the room. We also installed CleanSpace walls to the first 2' of the walls to prevent any further damage from water.
A homeowner in Redding, CT was getting water seepage in their crawlspace, so they called us to find a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a permanent solution.
One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of drainage matting to ensure no moisture is getting in this crawlspace. They also installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump to take any water coming in and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They installed a Sedona dehumidifier as well to eliminate moisture and mold growth. The walls were also insulated with our SilverGlo panels. Now this space is a dry and healthy space!

One of our Foremen, Joe Schech, and his crew would install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floors, then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump. This will take the collected water from the drains and pump it out of the home at a safe distance through a proper discharge line. With this system, the basement will stay dry all the time, giving the homeowner peace of mind.
A couple located in Bridgewater, CT expressed interest in upgrading their basement waterproofing system. Fearing a backup with their small, antiquated sump pump, they decided to make a change. Reaching out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems, the homeowners made contact with Sales Representative Jimmy Stablein, scheduling a free in-home consultation.
Once Stablein arrived at the home, he explained potential systems the homeowners could install. With the conclusion of the visit, Stablein handed off the proposal to the homeowners. Shortly after, Foreman Chris LaBaire and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. Installing WaterGuard around the perimeter, a channel was created allowing water to collect and enter the TripleSafe sump pump. Additional moisture would be removed through the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, self-emptying into the TripleSafe sump pump system.
With the install complete, the homeowners were thrilled with the results! They look forward to utilizing their new basement waterproofing system.
