Connecticut Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A Tolland, CT, homeowner was dealing with water seepage and moisture in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. Our Salesman, Jorge Tomas, visited the home to assess the space and propose our comprehensive waterproofing system. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco, and his crew to install the job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Our CleanSpace was installed on the walls to act as a vapor barrier from moisture. Then our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take the collected water and safely pump it out of the home. Finally, our Sedona dehumidifier was put in to eliminate excess moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now this basement is clean, dry, and healthy for the whole home. This leaves the homeowner with great peace of mind. 

This crawlspace used to be a wet, dirty, uninsulated space. It was costing the owners of this Essex, CT home extra money to heat and cool their house because of unconditioned air coming in through the space. In addition to drying out their crawlspace, the CleanSpace vapor barrier we installed resists the passage of air into the crawl space. Their floors feel warmer in winter and their energy bills went down.
