In this garage we installed Waterguard and a SuperSump pump to prevent any further water problems. On the walls we installed our CleanSpace liner to make the walls look nicer. On the outside of the house we installed Iceguard to prevent water backing up from frozen pipes during long winter months.

Then, the polyurethane sealant is applied to the crack where the crack becomes more deep to form a durable, flexible seal.
