After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Josh Kroop, went out to the home to assess the issues and give them a proposal for work that they would need to have done. 

Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew to install the job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system around the perimeter of the basement to collect any water coming in from the floors or walls.
