One of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his team installed the proposed job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water seepage. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it safely out of the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls.
Now with our waterproofing system, this basement will always stay dry. The homeowner can now live with peace of mind!

In this before and after you see our WaterGuard drainage system that is below the floor (under the new cement) that will collect water and direct it into our sump pump. The SuperSump Plus that we installed will pump out all of that collected water from the home at a safe distance. Not pictured is another sump pump with our battery backup system as well as our Sedona dehumidifier. This was a large basement, so multiple of our products were needed to ensure this entire basement stayed dry all the time!
