Connecticut Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Plainville had rotting sills in their basement and needed a footing extension to stabilize the home. One of our Sales Consultants, Brian DiRisi, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a proper solution that our Foundation team would tackle. 

One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott, would install this job. They cut into the walls to be able to see the footings. They removed what was rotting and added cinder blocks as the extension. Then they added a new sill as a replacement for the rotting wood. Now this home has stable footings and sills, so the homeowner no longer needs to worry about their footings falling apart. 

A homeowner in Plainville, CT had a recently waterproofed basement, by our company, and decided she wanted to have it finished as well. She was looking to turn the space into an art studio. One of our Salesmen, Mick Foster, went out to the home to help her design this basement, optimizing all the space.

This moisture, collected along the walls, is channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump system and expelled at a safe distance from the home.
