Water used to seep through the walls and floor of this New Haven, CT crawlspace and cause mold, rot, and other moisture-related problems. To create a dry environment, we encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the floor and SilverGlo insulation on the walls. They began by installing our WaterGuard drain system below the floor to collect water coming in from the walls and the floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. The crew also installed our CleanSpace wall system to act as a vapor barrier. These systems would ensure their basement will stay dry and no longer have to worry about the water seepage.
