The solution for this basement was to install ThermalDry floor tiles. This product will not warp, crack or require expensive refinishing, no matter how long your floor is in place. Lastly, there is a thermal break engineered into the ThermalDry tile that allows the floor you walk on to be 8-10 degrees warmer than the concrete bellow. He advised the installation of a WaterGuard, SumpPump Plus, Ice Guard, and LawnScape Outlet. These together drain water from the basement safely and channel it away from the house. After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales consultants, Vin Orsini, went to the home to assess the issues and give the homeowners a proposal for work. 

The next step would be the installation process. One of our Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his team would tackle this project. They installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain system throughout the space. They jackhammer into the floor and then place the WaterGuard in. This will collect any water coming in from the walls or the floors. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump in the lowest point of the space to collect any water that comes into the WaterGuard and then it will pump it out of the home at a safe distance. The crew also installed a TrenchDrain along the outward-facing part of the garage to collect any water that may come in directly from that and can drain right into the WaterGuard. Now this space is waterproof and the homeowner no longer needs to worry about getting water!

A homeowner in Mahopac Falls, NY was dealing with water in their basement that was causing water damage. Then they installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump that will take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance through a discharge line. The crew also installed a 1/2 wall of CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect the basement from more moisture. Now this basement is dry and this homeowner no longer needs to worry about water damage! 

This basement had water leaking in from the walls. To fix this problem we installed Waterguard, Trenchguard and a TripleSafe Sump Pump system to remove the water. A Floodring was added around the waterheater to prevent any flooding from an unexpected problem. A Sanidry air purifier dehumidifier was put in to remove any air mostiure. On the outside of the house an Iceguard was installed to prevent water back up during the winter monthes.
