Basement Systems has been recognized again in a local publication for being a shining beacon of hope in an otherwise dim economy. In the days following Basement Systems' 59,000-square-foot addition to their Seymour, CT, headquarters, local officials and press began taking notice of this basement waterproofing company and saw it as an example of what perseverance and leadership can attain in any economic environment.
The Valley Gazette is the latest newspaper to feature an article about Basement Systems. As quoted in the article, Seymour First Selectman Robert J. Koskelowski says, "As many businesses are closing down and downsizing, [Basement Systems] continues to grow. I'm very proud and happy to have them here in Seymour. They continue to expand. It's a fantastic business and most likely will expand further. It has been a big plus for the town of Seymour."
