The solution for this Enfield crawlspace was to add rim joist insulation. Marcio Bahiense and his production team installed the spray foam insulation to the rim joists professionally and efficiently. The benefit to having the rim joists insulated with spray foam is that it acts as an effective barrier, protecting against air leakage and moisture. It also has superior R-value (R-6.2 to be exact), meaning that your home will be better insulated compared to traditional batt insulation. Lastly, this product is waterproof and has the ability to completely cover any area.
