Basement Waterproofing System
This photo shows our comprehensive waterproofing system that consists of our WaterGuard drainage, TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and Sedona dehumidifier. They work together to keep this basement dry and moisture-free.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
WaterGuard is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage and direct it to the sump pump. CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed on the walls to protect from moisture and damage.
TrenchDrain
Our TrenchDrain sits above our WaterGuard to collect any above-ground seepage that may enter from the basement entryway,
