Foreman John and his crew prepped the space by laying gravel and leveling it for concrete. A waterproofing crew installed the WaterGuard drainage system and CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture. Finally, John poured a smooth, level new floor. The homeowner now has a dry basement, fully protected from water and moisture.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier (white) was also installed to protect this whole space from moisture, while also being extended into the crawl space area. This new slab is the perfect addition and will help keep the basement dry for years to come!
