Soon after our Foreman Al and his team installed the job, the major component of this project includes our WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump.

Before Waterproofing System
This basement had water seepage issues, leaving water damage.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe takes the collected water from the drainage system and safely pumps it out of the home. It uses three pumps inside: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
WaterGuard Drainage System
Our WaterGuard system is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage and direct it to the sump pump system. It is below the new concrete seen above.
