This basement needed a proper, permanent system to ensure all water seepage issues are eliminated for good.
Our System
Our TripleSafe sump pump takes the captured water seepage from the WaterGuard drains and safely pumps it out of the home. It uses three pumps inside to effectively do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge. Our Sedona dehumidifier (right) will eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth throughout the whole basement.
WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System
Our WaterGuard is designed to capture water seepage from the walls and below the floor and direct it all to the sump pump. It is installed below the floor (under the new cement), around the perimeter of the basement.
