Before Waterproofing
This basement needed a new, proper waterproofing solution to solve the problem for good.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe sump pump takes the collected water seepage from the drains and safely pumps it out of the home. It uses 3 pumps inside to effectively do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
CleanSpace and WaterGuard
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor (under the new cement), around the entire perimeter of the basement. It captures the water seepage from the walls and below the floor. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier (white) is installed on the walls to protect from moisture. It is also tucked into the drains to direct water into our system.
TrenchDrain
Our TrenchDrain is installed at the basement entryway to capture any above-ground seepage. It sits directly on top of WaterGuard, so water flows right through the system to the sump pump, too.
