WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement. It is what's under the new, wet cement seen here that will soon dry. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed on half the wall and will help direct water into the drains while also protecting the walls from damage.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our sump pump system takes the collected water from the drainage system and safely pumps it out of the home through the proper discharge lines. The TripleSafe gets its name because it uses 3 pumps inside to effectively do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge.
