TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed along with our drainage system to safely pump out any collected water seepage from the home. It uses three pumps inside to effectively do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup (see the black battery) that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge in case of a power outage.
WaterGuard Drainage System
Our drainage system runs along the entire perimeter of the basement, below the floor, to capture any water seepage from below the floor. It is below the new cement in the image. It then directs the water into the sump pump.
Window Well Duct
Our crew also installed a Window Well Duct to ensure that any seepage from there was collected and directed into the drains below.
