One of our Foremen, Marcial, and his crew installed the proposed work. The major components of this project included our WaterGuard drainage system, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and TripleSafe sump pump.

This basement had water seepage issues and needed our system to ensure the problem would be eliminated for good.
Waterproofing Systems
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor (under the cement) around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seeping. Our TripleSafe sump pup at the far back takes that collected water and safely pups it out of the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to protect from moisture.
