A homeowner in Valhalla, NY was getting water seepage in their basement from heavy rains, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. Our Salesman, Chris Klonaridis, went to the home to assess the issues and propose our waterproofing system as a solution.
Soon after, it was time for installation by our Foreman, Marcio, and his crew. The major components of this project included our WaterGuard drainage system, SuperSump Plus sump pump with our UltraSump battery backup, and CleanSpace vapor barrier.

Before Basement Waterproofing
This basement had water seepage issues with heavy rains and needed our full perimeter waterproofing system to solve it.
SuperSump Plus and WaterGuard
Our WaterGuard drainage system sits below the floor, around the whole perimeter to capture water seepage and direct it into the SuperSump. Then that will safely pump the water out of the home through a proper discharge line.
UltraSump Battery Backup
Our UltraSump battery backup was installed as well to be sure that in case of a power outage, the pump will turn on.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
CleanSpace was installed on the walls to protect from moisture and help lead water into the drains below.
