A homeowner in Enfield was getting water in their basement so they reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a solution. Our Salesman, Jorge Tomas, went to the home to assess the issues a propose a solution that would eliminate the problem for good.
Our Foreman, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this project. The major components of this job included our WaterGuard drainage system, TrenchDrain, and TripleSafe sump pump. With our systems working hand in hand, this basement will now be dry, giving the homeowner peace of mind.
Before Waterproofing
This would be where the new sump pump would be installed.
TripleSafe
Our sump pump uses 3 pumps to ensure that any water is collected from the drain system and is pumped out of the home at a safe distance.
WaterGuard
Our drainage system is installed below the floor (under the new cement) and will collect any water that may seep in from the walls or below the floors.
TrenchDrain
Our TrenchDrain was installed at the bottom of the basement entrance to collect any water that may enter from above the floor. It goes directly into the WaterGuard below.
