One of our Foreman, Garfield Sanderson, and his team installed a WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter, along with half a wall of our CleanSpace vapor barrier to direct water to the drains. They also set up a TripleSafe sump pump, featuring a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery backup that can handle up to 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
