Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems in Middle Haddam, CT

A homeowner in Middle Haddam was getting water seepage in their basement and needed a proper solution so they called our waterproofing team at Connecticut Basement Systems. One of our Sales Consultants, Mike Bourdeau, went out to the home to assess the issues going on and propose our waterproofing systems to keep their basement dry. Soon it would be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew would install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floors to collect water coming in. They get installed by jackhammering the floor, laying down the WaterGuard, and then covering it up with new concrete. The drains will collect any water coming in from either the floors or walls. Then they installed one of our SuperSump Plus sump pumps to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. A proper discharge line gets installed so that way the water has no way of coming back in. Now with these systems, this basement will stay dry and no longer see water seepage.
