One of our Sales Consultants, Doug Wheeler, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution. He informed the homeowner that they would need our waterproofing systems to ensure their basement would be dry.
Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floor around the entire perimeter of the basement. Then they installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps to take the collected water from the drains and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now the homeowner has peace of mind!

TripleSafe and WaterGuard
Our crew installed WaterGuard drains around the entire perimeter of the basement below the floor by jackhammering, laying down the drains, and covering them with new concrete. This will collect water coming in from the floors and walls and direct it into the TripleSafe sump pump. It uses 3 pumps to ensure no matter the circumstance, water can be pumped out safely.
TrenchDrain
Our crew installed a TrenchDrain at the entrance of the basement because larger amounts of water may enter that way, so this creates a larger opening to collect water into the WaterGuard drains.
