A homeowner in Torrington was getting water seepage in their basement and needed a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Matt Abbassi, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a basement waterproofing solution.
One of our Foremen, Chris LaBaire, and his crew would work on the installation of this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floors around the entire perimeter of the basement. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump. These systems will collect water coming in from the walls or floors and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. The crew installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls as well. This basement will now stay dry all the time, giving this customer peace of mind!

TripleSafe
Our crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take collected water from the drain system and have it pumped out of the home at a safe distance. It uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump over 11,000 gallons on a full charge.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our crew installed WaterGuard drains below the floor around the entire perimeter of the basement. This gets done by jackhammering the floor, laying down the WaterGuard, and then covering it back up with new concrete. The CleanSapce vapor barrier gets installed along the walls and will direct water coming in from the walls into the drains.
