Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Systems in Rocky Hill, CT
A homeowner in Rocky Hill was getting water seepage in their basement and called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us solve their basement problems. One of our Sales Consultants, Cary Benjamin, went to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution. He informed the homeowner that they would need our waterproofing systems and products to protect this basement from any future water issues.
It would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Joe Schech, and his team to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system to collect water coming in from the walls and floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump, which will take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance so it has no way of traveling back into the home. With these two systems, this basement will stay dry and the homeowner never needs to worry about water in their basement.

TripleSafe
Our crew installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps. This works with 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump over 11,000 gallons of water on a full charge. A proper discharge line gets installed so that all the water pumped out is far enough away from the home so that it has no way of getting back in.
WaterGuard
Our crew installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floor along the edge of the wall and floor. This will collect any water coming in from the walls or floors and direct it into the sump pump.
