A homeowner in Farmington, CT was getting water in their basement from multiple heavy storms. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us waterproof their basement. One of our Sales Consultants, Doug Wheeler, met with the customer in their home to assess the issues and provide a proper solution for the basement.
Eventually, it would be time for the installation, which would be done by one of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, and his crew. They installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps. This would take any collected water from our WaterGuard drain system and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. With this sump pump and our WaterGuard drains, this basement will stay dry all the time.

This basement was getting bad water seepage during big rain storms. They needed to have their basement completely waterproofed.
Waterproofing Systems
Our crew installed WaterGuard drain systems below the floor to collect any water coming in through the walls or floors. This is around the entire perimeter of the basement. They also installed our TripleSafe sump pump. This works with 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump over 11,00 gallons of water on a full charge. The crew installed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier to prevent moisture and mold growth in the basement. Now it stays completely dry and healthy!
