A homeowner in Middlefield, CT was getting water seeping into their basement so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us find a solution to their basement water problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Josh Kroop, went out to the home to assess the issues and give them a proposal for work that they would need to have done.
Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew to install the job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system around the perimeter of the basement to collect any water coming in from the floors or walls. Then they installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps to take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. These systems will keep the basement dry all the time.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump, our most reliable sump pump and the strongest. It uses three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup to ensure all water is getting pumped out, even if power was to be lost.
WaterGuard
Our crew installed WaterGuard (seen to the left) along the perimeter of the basement, where the wall and floor meet. This gets installed below the floor and then covered with concrete so that if any water comes in, it will go directly into the drains. These drains flow down to the sump pump so that all water is getting pumped out safely.
