A homeowner in West Hartford, CT was getting water in their basement and called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us solve their problem. After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales Consultants, Mick Foster, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution that would solve the problem indefinitely.
After scheduling an install date, it would then be time for one of our Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his crew to work on this project. They installed our WaterGuard drain system throughout the basement. This will collect any water coming in through the floors or walls because it sits below the floor around the perimeter of the basement. Then they installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump in the lowest point in the basement so that any collected water will get drained into there and then pumped out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement will stay dry and the homeowner no longer needs to worry about water issues.

Our crew installed the sump pump into the lowest part of the basement to ensure all the water drains down into the pump to get discharged out of the home.
WaterGuard
Our crew installed WaterGuard drains along the perimeter of the basement under the floors. This will collect water coming in through the walls or floors or the seam between the two, and then get drained into the sump pump.
