Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement in Milford, CT
A homeowner in Milford, CT had water damage in their basement from water seeping in. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find them a proper solution. Once they scheduled an appointment, it would be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Matt Abbassi, to go out to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution.
Once the proposal was approved, it would then be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his team to install our waterproofing systems.
They installed a WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. This is placed below the floor of the basement so that any water coming in from the walls or floors gets collected properly. A TrenchDrain was installed as well, which is a larger drain, to ensure water coming in through the doorway gets collected. Along with that, they installed a TripleSafe sump pump to collect the drained water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement will stay dry going forward!
Basement Needing Waterproofing
This homeowner had a basement that was getting water coming in and needed waterproofing systems to ensure a dry basement.
TripleSafe and TrenchDrain
Our crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump in the corner so that any water coming in will get pumped out properly. They also installed a TrenchDrain that flows into the WaterGuard perimeter drain. This is placed by the door because more water has access into the basement from an opening.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Here you can see the perimeter WaterGuard system that is installed below the floor. This will collect any water coming in from the walls or floors. Our crew also installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls that will protect it and also lead any water into the WaterGuard.
