Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems in New Canaan, CT

A homeowner in New Canaan, CT was getting water in part of their finished basement. They made the right decision when they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. After scheduling an appointment for a free estimate, it would soon be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Mike Bourdeau, to go out to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution.  The next step would be installation. One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew would work on this project. They installed a WaterGuard drain system that goes below the floor to collect any water that may come in through the walls or floors. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump so that the collected water gets drained into the sump pump. Then it will pump the water out of the home at a safe distance. A discharge line is installed so all the water will get pumped out to the same place in the yard. To ensure no moisture in the basement, our crew installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This will prevent excess moisture and mold growth. This basement is dry and protected going forward!
