This homeowner in Andover, CT had water coming into their basement. They decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution for their water problem. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Mike Bourdeau, went out to the home to see what was going on. He then proposed a proper solution for the issue. He informed them that they would need our waterproofing systems to ensure a dry basement going forward.
This job would be best for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew. They would begin by installing a perimeter WaterGuard drainage system. This would go below the floor to collect any water coming in from the floors or walls. This would then get drained into the TripleSafe sump pump that they installed. Then the TripleSafe would pump out all that water through a discharge line at a safe distance from the home. This means no more water in the basement and the customer is happy with the results!

TripleSafe and WaterGuard
Our crew installed a perimeter WaterGuard system to collect any water that comes in and then drain it into the sump pump. Then that will get pumped out through a discharge line whenever the water reaches a certain level to turn on the pump.
TrenchDrain
The team installed a TrenchDrain to collect any water coming down from the slope of the stairs. This also drains into the WaterGuard, which then goes into the TripleSafe.
