The wet areas along the perimeter of this basement room in East Lyme, CT show how water was entering the area where an old foundation met with a new addition. We installed our patented WaterGuard sub-floor perimeter drainage system along the interior of the basement to pull water from the walls and direct it out of the basement. Our drains are resistant to clogging and have easily accessed maintenance ports for ease of care and continued function of the drains.
