The FlexiSpan system is a 3 part process. The first step is to apply the flexible sealant along the crack. Next, a strip of flexible and porous foam is installed over the crack. Lastly, an impermeable membrane is adhered to the wall. This allows any future water seepage through the crack to discretely move down into the drainage system below.
