The homeowners in this Washington, CT home had a continuing moisture and water problem in their partially finished basement. The was was seeping in through the walls which were damaged along with the floor due to the paint was coming up. The homeowners didn't know where to begin with the project, so they contacted the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to get the job done.  We came in and took care of the moisture coming in through the walls by installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier. The vapor barrier is made of a plastic that is 100% water proof which means it will never allow water to pass through. The water collected by the barrier is carried into our WaterGuard french drain system which has a patented design that is perfectly put above the foundation footing to prevent any clogging. The water is then carried into our premier sump pump system the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe has a total of three pumps, with the first one turning on at a rate of 2,220 gallons of water per hour. If that isn't enough then the second pump turns on at a rate of 3,900 additional gallons of water per hour. If the power was to go out then the homeowners are safe because they have a third pump backed up by a battery that can handle 11,500 gallons of water.  With all this added protection no wonder this is the third sale from our happy customer.
