FlexiSpan in Goshen, CT

Before, this Goshen basement had a crack in its basement wall that was allowing air and water to leak through. Quick fixes hardly work because poor adhesion or a slight movement along the crack can break the seal. The solution for this wall crack was to install our FlexiSpan system. This 3 part system seals the crack while ensuring that no shifting will occur. The water is actually guided to the system below where it is channeled to the sump pump. The wet cement in the after photo is where the port is located. This system solved the leaking wall crack and the homeowner was happy to have a permanent solution to his problem!
