Waterproofing in Scarsdale, NY

A homeowner in Scarsdale, NY, was getting water seepage in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Vin Orsini, visited the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing solutions. 

Shortly after, our Foreman, Cisco, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage and direct it to the sump pump system. A feed line was also installed to direct the water to the pump. Next, they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to protect from water and moisture and direct water into the drains below. Our TripleSafe sump pump was then installed to pump all of the collected water out of the home safely. 

Now this basement will stay completely dry all the time, ensuring the homeowner has great peace of mind.
