Basement Waterproofing - Canton, CT

A Canton, CT homeowner had water seepage issues in their basement. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. We sent out one of our Salesmen, Tony Van Deusen, to the home to assess the basement and propose a waterproofing system as a solution. 

One of our Foremen, Garfield, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to capture any water seepage from the walls or below the floor. It then directs the water to our TripleSafe sump pump that they install. The TripleSafe then pumps any water safely out of the home and is installed because their old pump was not working to eliminate any water. Our Sedona dehumidifier, although not pictured, was installed to eliminate moisture and mold growth throughout the basement. 

Now this basement is and will stay dry all the time.
