Connecticut Basement Systems Donates Crucial Waterproofing Services to Support Homes for the Brave

Located on Park Avenue in Bridgeport, the facility is 1 years old and serves as the organization’s headquarters as well as a 42-bed transitional living center for male Veterans. A recent renovation added key features such as 11 private suites, an elevator, and wellness spaces like an exercise room and music room. However, the aging building’s infrastructure posed a threat when the exterior drainage system failed, jeopardizing the safety and stability of the property.

Connecticut Basement Systems quickly assessed the damage and designed a permanent solution that includes a high-performance drainage system, sump pumps, and discharge lines. This system will ensure a dry, safe, and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors moving forward.
