This below-grade garage and basement space was transformed by our waterproofing system to ensure it is no longer a problem.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our Triplesafe sump pump takes the collected water from the drainage system and safely pumps it out of the home. It uses three pumps inside to effectively do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge in case of a power outage.
TrenchDrain
Our TrenchDrain is installed at the garage entrance to ensure any above-ground seepage is collected and drained to the sump pump. It's all connected to the WaterGuard perimeter drain system.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WaterGuard drainage system was installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage and direct it to the sump pump. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is tucked into it to direct water right into the drains, while also still acting as a moisture barrier for the walls.
